It's been quite a year.

A year ago, we shared the news of our seed round. Since then, we've been heads-down building, and the progress has been remarkable. Today, Ethiack protects over 100 customers spanning retail, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure across the globe.

I wanted to take a moment to write about all the progress we’ve done this year. In the end, it’s about more than growth - it’s about building an AI agent that can autonomously hack for the greater good.

Hackian Takes the Stage

We got our first real glimpse of this future at HackAIcon, where we showed what Hackian, our Ai Hacking Agent, could do. We unveiled the results of its performance during a DEFCON CTF, where Hackian uncovered two critical vulnerabilities completely unassisted. This was just our first prototype, but it proved the concept works really well.

The Birth of HackAIcon

No one had done this before. There were AI conferences, and there were hacking conferences, but none centered on how the two come together. We knew there was interest, but watching tickets sell out so quickly and seeing the room packed with speakers and attendees from around the world exceeded our expectations. It was a packed day, and I can only thank everyone who trusted us to pull off this first edition.

Scaling Impact

This has probably been the busiest year at Ethiack so far. We welcomed dozens of new customers and, more importantly, more than doubled the number of impactful security findings compared to last year. If you ask me, this is what pushing the boundaries of security looks like.

It's demanding work. Long hours, complex problems, constant learning. But it's also incredibly rewarding. Every vulnerability we find, every risk we help mitigate, every customer we protect makes it all worth it.
